Shipping and Dispatch
Order processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Once your order has been processed, your item(s) will be shipped that day if ready before 16h00 local time or the following business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping rates are determined by weight, size and destination at point of purchase.
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. You can also create an account on our website to easily track and follow your orders with us.
EU / EEA Shipping
We ship domestically and throughout the European Union (EU) and European Economic Area (EEA) using national post (Standard Shipping) or UPS Express shipping. Shipping options available and costs are displayed before checkout.
For orders by UPS Express, please note that some more remote delivery locations may be selected by UPS to be delivered to the nearest UPS Access Point location, rather than the home address. In this rare instance, you will receive an email notification stating when and where you parcel is ready to be collection.
This is the best way we can offer fast, reliable and low cost shipping for you. Some orders we will take the liberty to send directly to your home address, or by express shipping, depending on our service provider, and determined on a case by case basis. Orders generally arrive between 3 – 7 days for these destinations.
International Shipping (Outside EU)
For international orders outside the EU and EEA, we ship by national postal service only (Standard Shipping). Lovely Thinkings Lda. is not responsible for customs fees incurred from importing goods. International shipment time varies based on destination, though generally they take anywhere from 1-3 weeks to arrive.
Online orders are available for return within 14 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. For products that come in a protective plastic seal, the items cannot be refunded or exchanged if the seal is open, unless of course the product was received damaged. Customers remain responsible for shipping charges, including return shipping charges.
Special or customs orders, and items on final sale such as for stock clearance and are not eligible for return. Products that are used close or in open orifices of the body, unless they are not unwrapped out of their sealed packaged, are ineligible for return due to hygienic safety reasons. Refunds will be issued if there is damage or fault to the product at the time of delivery to the customer.
Lovely Thinkings will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Lovely Thinkings office.
If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited the value of the product (not shipping costs), unless the return is due to a defective product, upon which we will bear the responsibility of the cost of shipping.
Due to the complex nature of international shipping and fees, we highly recommend and expect that you contact us prior to returning a product so that we can confirm it is the best course of action for you, or offer another solution.

A note about our products and materials
Our products are sold in as is condition. Metal, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance, such as cleaning with the appropriate solutions. Leather is a natural material and so will naturally bend and take shapes to the wearer, and can gain creases or other markings from the natural movement and use of the leather.
It is important to be aware of the type of material you are choosing for your products, any natural allergies you may have, and choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend for products that have a prolonged contact on the skin (more than 2 or 3 hours), to always test and remove the items periodically on the first uses to ensure that there is no unexpected restriction or allergic reactions.
