Premium quality, one piece metal handcuffs. Lock attaches to metal bar that runs through the center, keeping the wrists and hands close together. Made with solid stainless steel, these cuffs have a nice heavy weight.
SPECIFICATIONS
Thickness of steel is 12mm. Measurements below measure the inside width and length. Measure the wrists close together, keeping in mind that the bar runs through the middle (include this in your measurement).
