All of our orders are shipped with a registered tracking number. This number will be sent to you in the email marking your order as complete.

If you chose standard shipping, please note that the order goes by national post and therefore will be transferred to your own national post service. You can track this number at If you chose UPS shipping, you can track at, as well as with the direct link that you will receive in your email by UPS.

After you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your order. Alternatively, you can log into your account on our website from the header menu to see a current status of all of your orders. 

For any exchanges or refunds, it is required that we receive the item back in its original condition. Return and exchange postage costs are the responsibility of the consumer. Please contact us before posting to confirm that for your concern, a return or exchange is the best course of action for your concern with your order. 

Orders can be cancelled or changed at any time before the order is dispatched. Once the item is sent to the courier, we consider the product and the shipping to be paid and the order to be released. At this stage, a return or refund is necessary, as it is no longer possible to make changes on the order.

As we offer products of a high quality standard, we prefer as much as possible to reflect that in our prices. In this way, we honour the work and time of everyone involved in the entire production process. However, we do like to give special offers to promote our products and makers.
